2. Trademarks

ASPRI, ASPRI Creative Acoustics, ASPRI Clip‑On Reverb, and associated logos and trade dress are trademarks or registered trademarks of ASPRI Creative Acoustics Inc. Use is prohibited without written permission. You may describe and resell genuine ASPRI products, but you may not imply endorsement or authorized dealership without our written authorization.

3. Artist Media & Creative Commons

Some images or videos depict artists who granted ASPRI permission to use their content. Other media may be licensed under Creative Commons or similar terms with attribution where required. If you believe material is used without proper authorization or attribution, please notify us.

4. DMCA Copyright Notice (U.S.)

If you believe that content on our Website infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL); (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good‑faith belief that the use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent; and (f) your electronic or physical signature.

6. Counter‑Notice

We may restore the material unless the complainant notifies us of court action within the statutory period.

7. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.

8. Canadian “Notice‑and‑Notice”

For alleged infringement under Canadian law, we follow the “notice‑and‑notice” regime, which may include forwarding notices to subscribers where applicable and retaining records as required by law.
