Effective Date: July 26, 2025

1. Coverage

ASPRI Creative Acoustics Inc. warrants that each new ASPRI product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for five (5) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

2. Remedies

At our option, we will repair the product using new or equivalent‑to‑new parts, replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent product, or refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable. Replacement products are covered for the longer of the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days.

3. Exclusions

• Normal wear including minor cosmetic scuffs or scratches, pad compression/aging or discoloration, finish rub at contact points, and spring character changes within design tolerances.
• Misuse or improper handling, including use contrary to the Clip‑On Guide, excessive force, impacts, crushing, exposure to liquids or corrosives, or extreme temperatures.
• Unauthorized modification or attempted repair.
• Use on split or highly compensated saddles that reduces performance (this does not by itself damage the unit, but diminished performance is not a defect).
• Accidents or damage caused by carriers or third parties (covered by shipping insurance claims process).

4. Who Is Covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser who bought directly from ASPRI or an authorized reseller and can provide proof of purchase. Gift recipients are treated as original purchasers with valid proof of purchase.

5. How to Obtain Service

• Email info@aspri.com with your order number, serial or batch info if available, a description of the issue, and photos or video.
• We will troubleshoot and, if covered, provide an RMA and return instructions. Do not ship until you receive RMA instructions.
• Pack securely and ship with tracking and insurance.

6. Shipping Costs

Unless required by mandatory local consumer law, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes for warranty returns and for shipping the repaired or replacement unit back to the buyer.

7. Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. For Quebec consumers and other jurisdictions with legal warranties, statutory protections apply in addition to this warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASPRI’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product. ASPRI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
