1. Carriers & Coverage
We ship worldwide to the extent supported by our carriers, including Chit Chats and/or NetParcel and their postal partners. Some destinations may be restricted by carrier, customs, or sanctions rules.
2. Handling Time
Orders typically ship within 2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and Quebec/Canadian statutory holidays. If an item cannot ship within this window, we will notify you and offer options.
3. Estimated Transit Times
- Domestic (Canada or U.S.): approximately 2–8 business days.
- International: approximately 5–22 business days.
Estimates exclude customs processing delays and remote‑area service variations.
4. Tracking & Notifications
- You will receive an email when a label is created and another when the package is in transit, with tracking details.
- Tracking visibility may improve after the first carrier scan; international shipments may show gaps until handed to the destination carrier.
5. Insurance
All shipments include insurance coverage. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly so we can open a claim. Keep all packaging and contents until the claim is resolved; photos may be required.
6. Duties, Taxes & Fees
All import duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are non‑refundable by ASPRI. Customs values and descriptions must match the contents and sale price.
7. Title & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier accepts the parcel from us. Insurance is provided for your benefit; cooperation with the claim process is required for reimbursement or replacement.
8. Address Accuracy; Undeliverable Parcels
- Provide a complete, accurate shipping address (including apartment/suite). We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a parcel is returned to sender as undeliverable, we can reship at your expense or refund the product price less all shipping, duties, taxes, return, and handling costs incurred.
9. Damage & Loss Claims
- Damage on delivery: notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the box, packing, shipping label, and product. Retain all packaging.
- Lost in transit: notify us if tracking shows no movement for an extended period or indicates loss. We will file a claim after the carrier’s required waiting period for your route.
- We will assist you through the claim. Replacement or refund will be issued once the insurer approves, or earlier at our discretion.
10. Signature Requirement
Most shipments do not require a signature. For higher‑value or high‑risk destinations, we may add signature confirmation at our discretion.
11. Hazardous Materials & Batteries
ASPRI products are power‑free and contain no batteries or hazardous materials.
