Refund & Returns Policy

1. 60‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your ASPRI product within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, subject to the conditions below.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must include all original parts and accessories (e.g., pads, inserts, documentation).
  • Items must be in good, clean condition with no excessive wear, abuse, or missing components. Normal handling marks from brief evaluation are acceptable.
  • We may reduce the refund to reflect missing parts or damage beyond ordinary evaluation.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Buyer pays all shipping costs for returns, including insurance, duties, taxes, and brokerage. Original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees are non‑refundable, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise (see Section 6).

4. How to Start a Return

  • Email info@aspri.com within 60 days of delivery and include your order number, reason for return, and photos if there is damage or a defect.
  • We will issue return instructions and an RMA number if approved. Returns without an RMA may be delayed.
  • Ship with tracking and insurance to protect your return in transit. You are responsible for loss or damage until we receive and inspect the item.

5. Refund Timing

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

6. EU/UK Consumers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU/UK consumer, you may have a 14‑day withdrawal right. When exercised properly, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard outbound delivery. You bear return shipping costs unless we supplied goods not as described or defective. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7. Exchanges

For a different model or replacement, place a new order and process the original unit as a return. For defects covered by warranty, see our Limited Warranty.

8. Non‑Returnable Situations

  • Severe damage, contamination, or missing components preventing restoration.
  • Evidence of misuse, alteration, or unauthorized modification.
  • Returns initiated after the 60‑day window (statutory rights excluded).

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival

Report within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the packaging, label, and item. We will assist with an insurance claim and provide a replacement or refund once approved, or earlier at our discretion.
